1. About Bleuwave
Bleuwave is a veteran-owned home services company providing residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and handyman solutions in the Phoenix, AZ and San Antonio, TX metropolitan areas. All field technicians are licensed, insured, and background-checked.
2. Services Offered
We provide the following categories of service, subject to availability in your area:
- HVAC — installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Plumbing — leak repair, drain cleaning, water heater services, fixture installation, and pipe work
- Electrical — panel upgrades, wiring, outlet and fixture installation, and safety inspections
- Handyman — general repairs, assembly, installations, and home maintenance tasks
- Commercial — MEP and maintenance services for retail, corporate, medical, and industrial facilities
Service availability is subject to technician scheduling and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via our scheduling widget
- A confirmed appointment is not a guarantee of completion if conditions are unsafe or outside our scope of work
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window; delays may occur due to prior jobs, traffic, or emergencies
- Cancellations or rescheduling requested with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee at our discretion
- Emergency and after-hours service may be subject to additional fees
4. Estimates, Pricing & Payment
- We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing before work begins whenever possible
- Estimates are based on initial assessment; final pricing may differ if unforeseen conditions (e.g., code violations, concealed damage) are discovered
- Any changes to the original scope of work will be discussed with you before additional work proceeds
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior payment arrangement has been made in writing
- We accept major credit/debit cards, checks (where applicable), and financing options as disclosed at time of service
- Returned checks are subject to a returned payment fee plus any applicable bank charges
- Unpaid balances may be subject to collection, including reporting to credit agencies and recovery of collection costs and reasonable attorneys' fees
5. Warranties & Guarantees
- Labor performed by Bleuwave technicians is warranted against defects in workmanship for 1 year from the date of service, unless otherwise specified in writing
- Parts and equipment warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms; we will assist in processing warranty claims where applicable
- Warranties are void if the system or installation is modified, misused, or serviced by an unauthorized third party after our work
- Emergency or temporary repairs may carry a shorter warranty period as disclosed at time of service
6. Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to perform quality service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and the issue requiring service
- Ensure clear, safe access to the work area, including moving vehicles, pets, or obstructions where necessary
- Ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present during service
- Disclose any known hazards (asbestos, mold, gas leaks, etc.) before technician arrival
- Not request that technicians perform work that would violate applicable codes or ordinances
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleuwave shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or website use
- Loss of use, data, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied materials, or customer instructions that deviate from our recommendations
- Acts of nature, third-party interference, or events beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service.
8. Property Damage
Bleuwave is fully insured. In the event our technician causes accidental damage to your property during service, please notify us within 48 hours of the service date. We will work in good faith to address legitimate damage claims through our insurance carrier. Claims reported after 48 hours may be more difficult to substantiate and may not be covered.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can work toward a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached informally:
- Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation
- Any claims or disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona (for Phoenix-area customers) or the State of Texas (for San Antonio-area customers)
- Venue for any legal proceedings shall be the county in which the service was performed
- Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law

- You agree not to misuse the website, including through unauthorized data scraping, hacking, or distributing malicious content

Messages may include, but are not limited to: project updates, scheduling and dispatch notices, service/maintenance reminders, estimates, invoicing, and occasional promotional or marketing offers.
Message Frequency & Rates
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, project status, or ongoing service agreements.
- Carrier Fees: Message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for any mobile carrier charges associated with sending or receiving text messages from us.
Opt-Out & Support Mechanics
You have full control over your mobile communications and can opt-out at any time.
- To Stop: Reply **STOP** to any text message you receive from Bleuwave. After doing so, you will receive a single final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate consent.

Delivery Limitations
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we cannot guarantee delivery in areas with poor cellular coverage or in the event of carrier network issues.
