Meet Josh Simonton
Josh Simonton has founded, owned and operated numerous businesses in diverse market sectors. Beginning his career in real estate in 1996, he created a large portfolio of real estate assets and participated as principal in over 1000 real estate transactions totaling in excess of $400 million dollars. As Managing Director and CEO of Alliance Investment Group, he acquired a land portfolio consisting of more than 10,000 acres and been involved in many land development projects. In addition, he is the Co-Founder of Starwood Custom Homes currently one of the largest custom homebuilders in Arizona and is a Principal and Board Member of Vizzda, a SaaS based commercial real estate information company.

He is also the Co-Founder of Board Member of Fun Factory Candy Company & Novelty Company a manufacturer and importer of mobile phone accessories and novelty products with products sold in over 40,000 retail locations throughout Untied States and Canada. In addition, Mr. Simonton is currently a Principal and Board Member of Shine Solar a roof top solar company, Restoration Insurance Billing, Roundsquare Ventures a boutique venture capital company and serves on the Investment Committee of Arizona Founders Fund.

Meet JJ Levenske
JJ Levenske is a seasoned construction executive with over 25 years of experience in the commercial and industrial sectors. From pre-construction services to complex quality controls to project close-outs, he brings a commitment to delivering the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. J.J.’s dedication to construction has allowed him to become an industry expert which he aims to share with customers and subcontractors alike. J.J. does not believe in mediocrity and strives to see the “end at the beginning” for each project, effectuating a timely and on budget approach for the entire team and the client.

Early on in his career, J.J. worked as a cost engineer conducting feasibility estimates, strategic capital estimates, cost planning, and analysis of value engineering for the technology, petrochemical, and food industries. He went on to develop and implement a variety of systems for estimating, scheduling, resource management, and cost tracking while holding Project Manager and Senior Management Positions. During his tenure, JJ has been involved in just under $1 billion worth of construction services. His in-the-field experience is coupled with a strong managerial acumen, allowing for seamless conversations about Bleuwave’s unique value-added solutions.

Meet Darlene B. Moore
With more than 30 years of experience, Darlene has accumulated a wide array of talents and abilities. Part of this experience came because of Darlene’s inquisitive nature. Whenever she has been involved with a project that didn’t offer the challenges she was looking for, so she asked for more—more challenges, responsibilities, problems to solve. She wanted to build great things. With experience in risk management, operations, and people development, she has quickly become a key player at Bleuwave.

Darlene has held multiple roles throughout her career, which has provided Darlene with a platform to make the projects she is working better. Darlene joined Bleuwave in 2019. Before working at Bleuwave, Darlene gained experience working in project coordination, IT and computer support, and as an office manager.

Meet Scott Knoblauch
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott Knoblauch has developed a reputation as someone who forges collaboration with owners, design teams, and subcontractors. His leadership in executing projects, overseeing operations, and in strategic planning has allowed Scott to manage a diversified portfolio of projects. Scott puts this depth of experience to work to assist clients and teams better understand solutions to fulfill their construction needs.

He has held multiple roles throughout his career which has given Scott exposure to provide him with the ability to understand the project from concept to closeout. Scott joined Bleuwave in 2017. In addition to his current Bleuwave responsibilities, Scott served as a Superintendent or Project Manager for several Construction Companies in the Midwest.

Meet Esteban Romero
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Esteban Romero has demonstrated proficiency across all facets of the construction industry. Esteban is a highly talented builder with a deep understanding of construction issues and challenges and draws upon his problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions. He is known for his ability to mentor his team and for his skill in communicating with customers to help them understand and follow the phases and details of their project.

Esteban’s extensive experience has taught him how to be a team player and how to apply his skills and knowledge to help better the team and the success of every project. Esteban joined Bleuwave in 2019. In addition to his duties at Bleuwave, Esteban has served as Superintendent, Project Manager, and Construction Manager.
